Front cover with small pieices missing at corners of front edge. Spine has been reinforced (crudely). The first few pages (up to VIII) are somewhat damaged at the gutters (without loss) and most of Page III/IV has been torn off. The guide was published on superior glossy paper thus conserving its clarity and brightness. A very good copy of quite a rare item. 25.3 x 15.5.
